I found the hotel to be centrally located, making it easy to access restaurants and transportation, but the cleanliness issues were a drawback. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which enhanced the experience overall.

The staff were all very friendly and prompt, with one kind enough to find us a room closer to the stairs/elevator, which I really appreciated. The service overall was excellent, but I was informed that parking was reserved for people renting suites at the hotel. The dining started from 7.00 am, which was a bit late if you have to leave early and closed half an hour earlier than scheduled in the evening. I also enjoyed the food, beer, and staff in the Whistler Pub downstairs. The hotel facilities were convenient, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, shuttle service, ski pass vendor, paid shuttle service, tours/ticket assistance, and a happy hour.
